I'm an alltel customer in an area that is to be assimilated into verizon. However I also take calls in a side company that works with cellular one, and after watching AT&T's idiotic treatment of their acquired customers, I must admit I'm worried the same thing will happen to those of us still stuck under an alltel contract 👀
Now I would be more than happy to jump ship and go with verizon equipment and contract if they let me keep my number and waive the etf of getting out of my alltel contract early ~hint hint nudge nudge~ 😎

What? You lie...this is the first time Verizon has ever merged! Just because they merged a multitude of companies just to form Verizon and just because they recently acquired Rural Cellular...they've never done this before! this is different...oh...wait....it's not.
Don't worry Alltel customers...we're not going to leave you out in the cold with a Juke or some junky phone......in fact your corporate headquarters was even retained and turned into a new regional headquarters for us (see...people kept jobs too...we're not evil...just drink your koolaid and remember, we're not a deathstar!)
