There are a couple of ways to do it. You can send it to your email via Verizon's Mobile Web or you can get the Future Dial software and the appropriate cable for your phone. (If your phone has the ability to have pictures extracted)

Just send it to the online gallery from your picture messaging menu and move it to any file from there...you can get to the online gallery at www.vzwpix.com or use the link at verzionwireless.com and then click on send a picture message. Just register first and then you can upload from your camera phone.
