My mom upgraded to the Samsung Omnia but does not like it. She is going to exchange it but I'm having a hard time figuring out what would be best for her. She liked the idea of touch screen but it is hard to use for making selections in automated systems, she doesn't like the stylus dangling and has not been able to get her email set up.

I have the Curve and love it but she says the buttons on it are too small for her. I may let her use it a while to see if she can get used to it.

On paper, the best phone would be be xv6800 because it has what she wants but I just don't trust that one & have read reviews that sound quality is bad. She wants: reliable, easy to use, full keypad with big keys, large font because she doesn't see that well anymore, email and browser and she likes the idea of having new technology.

I also considered the Storm, but I know she would fuss about the sluggishness and it still has so many bugs and also considered the Voyager. Based on all this info...any suggestions?

Storm. Just set the phone's memory cleaning and do a battery pull every few days. BTW, the Omnia is more "sluggish" then the Storm. I have both on display, pley with both, and the Storm is so much smoother. The thing though is you really need to keep the memory clean. Not to mention that .75 has really sped up the phone. The phone's hardware is phenominal, and the software is catching up. The next software release will be even better.

I would go Storm.

Thanks for your opinion, I haven't had much of a chance to play around with either, so that's helpful!
