On Phone or In Store
I am due for a upgrade Feb 1st because of some promotion for shared plans. I spoke to a rep a few times and it was confirmed. On the website it says the upgrade is in 6 months. Am I better off ordering a blackberry on the phone or will the store also honor this?
As I am "upgrading" from a env2 to a bberry I assume the additional monthly charges will not take effect until the phone is activated?

If you received a flyer advising you of your upgrade take it with you when you go to the store or have customer service notate your account stating you are eligible to upgrade. As for the additional monthly charges with the blackberry, they will not take effect until the blackberry is activated.
