LG UX6000 question
My daughter has this phone and it stopped recording the incoming caller ID even if the caller is programmed in her phone book. Any ideas as to what could have happened?

Call customer service. Its either the Caller ID feature code is no longer on the account or something in the switch is blocking the caller ID. It is most likely not the phone.
