T-Mobile gets top honors in J.D. Power & Associates survey

"Everyone knows it and dreads the thought of having to speak to a customer care representative about an issue about your wireless service. Chances are though, if you’re a T-Mobile subscriber, you’ll probably get the best customer service. There was a survey conducted by J.D. Power and Associates that rates the quality of customer support service handled by phone, retail stores, and online divisions. The annual report documented the overall customer care performance of the wireless carriers in the United States. T-Mobile received the best ratings with 755 of 1,000 possible points with Verizon placing second at 749 points. Following suit after their recent merge, Alltel placed third with 744 points. AT&T performed “about average” while Sprint scored the worst out of everyone."

I never get on here logged in to post. Usually just reading behind a firewall about things like these Sprint people bragging about being number one in customer service. Of course that number one was for how fast their customer service answered the phone. Not about how good they are. It's not hard to answer the phone when there are so few customers out there to call in... Operators are standing by... 🤣

We finished just behind perrenial winner Tmobile with both halves of our company and well ahead of AT&T and Sprint.

I've seen lots of us over in the Sprint forum listening to them talking about their customer service. It's good to see it was all just hot air and they are still the dregs of the wireless world.

Oh, that makes sense. 😉

Good luck ever beating TMO, less subscribers are easier to take care of.

I think it has alot more to do with being in the top 100 best places to work in america. I hear they have Nintedo Wii's at their call centers and big screens so they can relax and be happy on their breaks. Thats money well spent if you can consistantly win JD power. Customers read these things so its good not to be in last place heh.
