The CDMA version of the BlackBerry Pearl flip -- the 8230 -- will have WiFi when it launches and GPS.
Verizon is promising to launch a device "unlike anything anyone has seen before" this year,
The Omnia will be reduced to $99 on contract in mid-March
(All PDAs and BlackBerrys have Unlocked GPS now)

And the pearl flip is supposed to be out on telus in Canada (CDMA) before the end of the month. I would expect to see it on verizon within 45 days. Hopefully the bold will be out in May.
Shaping up to be a great spring!
Chris
More WiFi, unlocked GPS, Bluetooth, ect.
There making the CDMA Bold.
Then it will go into testing.
It will be here before you know it, so will the HTC Touch HD.
This has ALWAYS been like this for BlackBerrys.
And any new PDAs starting with the Omina foward must have a data plan.
This is old news.
haha!!!
You have no idea what Verizon is getting this year.
just curious . . . how do you know so much? I see your handle all over this site?
Back in November i heard that the palm 800w was gonna be offered by verizon. . . I want that Bold!! This palm 700wx is gettin old.
especially now with the hope that the rates become more competitive...like i said whenever you think they are the evil giant they humanize a bit! haha
anyway.......so will this be 10 per line or 10 for the whole family account?

ok so does anyone smell a family data plan coming soon withall of these changes hmmmm? ๐
Not likely. With the Friends & family program tons of 2100, 3000 and 4000 min plan subscribers will be dropping their voice rates substantially AND representing a higher cost-per-user with off-carrier unlimited calling. The only way BigRed is going to make up for that drop in revenue is to sell Data. I really, really doubt you'll see any decrease in actual data charges per line any time soon. Just look for them to push the services they have now, like the Connect plans that almost no one uses.
