deadcellzones.com
Another potential problem is that consumers often overreact to a single incident of dropped calls. So the incident gets reported on the site as a problem area when there never was a problem with the service at all. So there should be way other people to affirm or deny thay they're experiencing problems in those locations.

Anyone ever use this site?? I have used it for over three years now and it is pretty interesting. It is an independent site that allows customers the ability to log bad cell areas in major cities throughout the U.S.
What is the point of data on the site? It is customer input data; you look up Philadelphia and there are 38 pages of "dead zones" for T-Mobile and 104 for Verizon.
T-Mobile has horrible service in that area while Verizon is excellent, so the data is really meaningless.
