Verizon Representative - Misinformed or Just Lying?
Randy proceeded to tell me that Verizon doesn't disable the GPS functionality in their phones (and by implication, the Bluetooth features - guess he didn't hear about the lawsuit(s)?).

I always enjoyed the funny stories of crazy customers or crazy salespeople (not in a bashing way, just funny).
And, I don't mind talking about upcoming phones as long as it isn't a "When's it coming out?" for the millionth time post.
