Yes you can. You would need a court subpeona. I think they can go back up to 5 yrs.

5 days is the time VZW will try to deliver to phone if the phone was off or out of service area. My bad.
As far as archives, there's not a "official" timeframe they are archived for that would be communicated to the customer. Like the prior person said you would have to contact law enforcement to get the info from vzw. with court order.
