I have called Verizon about data I supposedly used, the phone stays with no websurfing no emails no pix texting and got a 150.00 data charge. I dropped my phone a few weeks ago and the only thing I can think of is maybe my epocrates got reset to autoupdate via internet not when hooked to my computer. I never requested these updates never wanted them and now have a 150.00 extra charge that i can't explain. Any help. Called Verizon there stance is I should pay the bill. Seems unfair to me. If I can't resolve with them I will end my 10 plus business with them Luckily for me contracts end soon and will make them regret this as our business cell phone contracts are separate from our personal and contracts have already expired. Any advice greatly ...

Call customer service and ask if they can see what the actual data charge was for, meaning, what did you access to charge the 150.00. If they can not tell you, ask to see if data support can look into the system to advise you of the charge. If you get no resolve from this, then ask to speak with a supervisor and explain your situation, don't threaten to cancel all of your lines because that doesnt work, just be patient and stick to your guns advising them that you did not cause the charges. If you have as many lines and have been a customer a long time, they will offer you at least 50% or possibly more. Good luck.
