Question about Early Upgrade
This other person who is on my account is i think due for a early upgrade in december. Since she is a secondary person on the account, can she still early upgrade in December? Could i still do it for her over the net if she wants a free phone?

well from talking to care they said a account manager can due everything but add more account managers and give number away like a change of responiablity so im sure they can due an upgrade and of course you can due it. and it just depends on when ur eligable for the early upgrade. i got my service in oct of 07 so should not have gotten an upgrade tell at least july august of this year but i called like 6 times in feb about upgradeing and finally they upgraded me to the versa 🙂
