Alright maybe it’s just me. But I’ve bounced around from carrier to carrier and when with VZW I seem to get the most unsolicited phones calls ever. 😡
My number is even registered with the national do not call list, still when with VZW unsolicited phone calls.

I don’t get it, is VZW the worst offender of selling their customers information or what? 👀

I’m posting because it’s getting bad, a dozen or so calls over the last week. Just re up’d with VZW…hmm. 🤨

If a company provides you with a service you can be called regardless. i work for big red and all you have to do is call cs and ask them to take off sales calls from your account. very easy. calm down

I've been a Verizon wireless customer for more than 20 years. Though a few random dialers ping me one in a while it's still quite rare.

If they come through with a caller ID I usually let customer service know so they can track calls from random automated dialers. Some are caller unknown - not much to do except hang up.

If you ever get a persistent set of sales calls and you are able to determine what company is calling you should let VZW know. They are better equipped to block sales call centers from reaching you.

If it's an unsolicited telemarketer, you can be assured it's not Verizon who gave your number out. More likely it's a company with a random number dialer that's calling you, which is illegal. Verizon blocks them once they discover the problem maker and then sues these companies. I see internal notifications on these battles all the time.

Remember the one thing that most people who use the "do not call" registry often overlook - if you do business with a company and you give them your number (cell or not), it is quite legal for them to call you. The loophole they have ...
