Not sure yet. But there are only two options. Sprint or Verizon (atleast in the U.S.). My guess is that verizon will lock it up again and they prolly already have.

Not knocking Verizon or BB, but last thing sprint needs is a phone that has so many os problems... And cwcanty is probably right, i don't think sprint will have it especially with the launch of the pre being the flagship phone.
