I am a Verizon Customer currently on my fourth blackberry storm because they always seem to break. Is there a certain number of times a phone can break before Verizon has to give you the option of a new and different phone?

Having to constantly get a new Blackberry is very annoying and rude to all my friends who I have to give a new pin to. Im really having a hard time (like I know everyone else is) with the Blackberry Storm.

I believe the rule is 3 times in 90-days and they will give you a brand new phone similar to what you have! Go see the store manager at a corp store and they will hook you up

Varying from the predetermined plan will effect the manager's ability to discount, and may have the manager to be unwilling to alter the replacement plan.

Second - Verizon takes your future upgrade and resets the upgrade to 20 months from the date you have this switch-out performed. That means you wait longer for a discounted upgrade.

Third - When you have certain phones, there are no predetermined replacements except for the model...
