IS THAT THE REACTION PEOPLE ARE LOOKING FOR THAT WANT TO LEAVE VERIZON?
The other day i was at an AT&T store and this snooty couple complained about having to wait to see a rep. They murmured that this was rediculous having to wait and that they were going to Verizon. I am sure you never have to wait in a Verizon store... 🙄

Depends on the area.. if it is an indirect store, they might not have to wait unless there is a rush.
Wait time varies. My point is that customers get moody and immediately go to "Well, I am going to switch to XYZ cellular!"
I used to work for Kroger (grocery), and cannot tell you how many times I heard "I am going to shop at Marsh because of the long lines!!!" Marsh had even longer lines...lol.
Where in all honesy, if the customer gets that testy, you most likely won't get much money from them anyway.
