question on changing ownership
my sister currently set up a verizon plan for her daughter. my sisters husband found out that he can get a discount on verizon plans because of his company.
1) can he tranfers the owneship of the verizon plan from his wife to himself
2) if so, will the phone number for the plan be lost or will it count like a phone number transefer from another carear?

yeah. it is called a billing responsibility change. have your sister call in with her husband right there.

if you want it done faster, goto the store and do it. IF you call into customer service, they will have to mail out the paper work for your sister and you to fill out and send back in, I know, I am going thru it right now, looking at it as I am typing....

Really?? We do it for customers all the time over the phone unless they changed policy(I have not done one in a month or so) But you are correct if you go into a Corporate VZW store they will do it for you on the spot. It might even be easier for you to talk to a person thats right in front of you

I was surprised also, but, they mailed out the forms to be filled out by both parties, suppose to fill them out, send it back with a copy of drivers license.
So, I suppose they do it for verification purposes now, dont know, just know what I am doing right now...
