Got my Blackberry Tour!
I just received my blackberry tour and i am loving it. I have no issues with it, NO CREAKS! no Bad Track ball! No Moving back cover! I guess I got the good batch that came after the initial launch.
Well I received it through Warranty exchange because Ive been through 3 blackberry storms and requested another phone and was told this is the comparable model that I could exchange it for. Since activated I see that my contract was extended for 2 months. Is my contract supposed to be extended for a Warranty Exchange? or is this a error?

Yes it is to be extended. You received a new phone of a different make at no cost to you. That will extend you upgrade eligibility date.

Its the same make just different model. Also They extended my upgrade eligibility and my contract. 🤨

Ive had so many issues with the Storm, I was planning on waiting for the second generation of the storm but couldn't take it anymore and decided to go ahead and have them replace it with the Tour. And I don't think I would ever look back its clearly faster and runs smoother then the storm. Touch screen isn't a real deal breaker for me, I don't know about yourself.
