Number 1 in Customer Service!
We tied with T-Mobile and Alltel (duh, we bought them and put them threw training).

BASKING RIDGE, NJ — J.D. Power and Associates ranked Verizon Wireless at the top of its 2009 Wireless Customer Care Performance Study(SM) – Volume 2, issued today. The study, which was conducted in the first half of the year, also named Alltel in a three-way tie with Verizon Wireless and another carrier. They haven't done the 2nd part of that yet. Only the Customer Service Ratings.

I love my Verizon. I think that it is sad that average consumer isn't aware of all the social responsible stuff VW does. Example: hope line, and donations from employees for school stuff for kids, food drives and a crapload more that is never advertised or aknowleged by the media. Not to mention saturation of cows with hurricane Katrina. The big Cali fires (their towers AS WELL as competitors). I hear people rapping that Verizon is so huge, and doesn't care about consumer. I don't agree. Yea their in it to make money but it would be suicide if a company doesn't grow. I have worked for some of the other carriers and all I gotta say "I love my Verizon" this is my opinion.

You guys are the last giant former baby bell left. Old ma is wreaking havoc on people like me...but someday soon I will be free from that old battle ax and I can run to the former baby bell known to the world as VERIZON!!!!
