My company wanted me to get an AT&T Bold- OK, great phone. I picked one up & went to Korea on business. Amazing Phone! Worked everywhere-city, country, 3G no prob. Then I returned and landed in L.A. Calls started dropping like crazy, phone began acting like it was possessed. No thank you to AT&T. Back with Verizon and my Tour works flawlessly.

I think it is bogus that AT&T has the nerve to take Verizon Wireless to court for having "most reliable network" on the commercials. they say they have fastest 3g and my old non-pda's browser blew my friends atnt phones browser out of the water. I know its all about where you live, but, that's the point. I can't wait for lte. I will be having video conversations with people (wishful thinking) with my Lambourgini quality service. I will still degrade my family and friends that aren't on the network because they are to cheep, or stupid to get on the bandwagon. And I'll be in the atnt forum trolling and mocking because I'm bored and I'm a fanboy. Watch out competition, the network is coming. You will be assimilated. This is my 2 cents that I'...

To be fair, AT&T did not take VZ to court, they filed a complaint with the BBB, which anyone can do if they have a problem or issue with a company they have been unable to resolve. Member organizations achieve ratings by responding and resolving the concerns.

VZ requested that the courts uphold the advertising as true. I'm not sure if the litigation involves AT&T at all, maybe someone can shed some light on that, but VZ is the one talking to the courts, though AT&T instigated.

I just thought that I read that they were suing vzw. I could be wrong. Wouldn't be the 1st time
...
