Samsung SAGA issues

Has anyone out there had issues with there Samsung Saga since the CE07 software update? I had a Saga with old firmware on it that worked AWESOME, upon trying to upgrade it, it bricked my phone so Verizon shipped me a replacement with the new CE07 software/firmware already on it. Since receiving the phone with the CE07 on it, I've had a ton of problems. When I say problems here is what I'm talking about

Call comes in, lights up the screen, but then phone doesn't ring (using a default ringer and have tried changing ringer) and if it does ring, the screen will be lit with the caller id info for a good 15 to 20 seconds before the ringer goes off.

I have the Saga (among others), I haven't put the new firmware on it because of the issues we've seen in the stores.

I would look for the old version on the web. People have been cooking their own ROMs (firmwares) on Windows phones since the beginning. It would take some digging, but I'm sure you're not the only one with this idea (given the problems my people have seen).

Wish I could point you in a better direction. Look for a ROM of the old software.
