Tour--Have to return....
Do you think since the phone is so awful sound quality and no one can hear me, that Verizon will waive the $35 restocking fee? My blackberry curve (old) sounded a million times better than this tour.

so you have to enable something to get better sound quality? believe its called "enhance voice quality or call quality" but i dont see why you must enable something to get better quality, it should be decent out of the box no matter what.

Most sound enhancing options mess with the overall volume of the device/effect some other feature.
I don't personally have the tour, but I know about a dozen who do and they all love it.

i've had mine since day 1. I've had a few complaints of sound quality but they have seem to gone away. I've read of several people with this issue..most people take it back for another tour.
