WOW, It so humble in this forum then in AT&T's. Why is that? It seems that this forum is used for what is intended for and not to slam everyone that asks a questions or expresses there frustration.

I think its bc Verizon has their customers take an IQ test. Either that or they've just been beaten into submission and are afraid to complain about the service they received. Goodness knows, I didn't think it was all that great when I was with them! 😲

Considering how many people leave Verizon and then come back, I guess "beaten into subsmission" means the other companies suck worse than they do...
