Tour price lowered ALREADY!!!?!?
I decide on the purchase of the TOUR and as soon as I do, the price goes down $50.00! I was contemplating returning mine because SO many people complain that they cannot hear me or that I am "breaking up". Especially on the bluetooth in the car!
If I return the TOUR, what is coming out soon to replace it? Usually that's when the price goes down, isn't it?? When something new is coming out!?

The Tour is on promotion now. Normally, when they lower the price it is to sell more of them, that is why it is a buy one, get one free. There is nothing new coming to replace the tour at least until next year. If you purchased your phone within 30 days of the price change, they will give you a price adjustment. Take your receipt to the store for a credit. Also, they can replace your phone with a new one.

GREAT! I didn't realize that they'd give the credit! I'm going to the store tomorrow, get it replaced and see if the new one is better. If not, then it's a return for full credit. I can't tell you the amount of people that are having trouble hearing me.

Change that audio setting on it. Idk if it will help or anything but its worth a try.

As for bluetooth, if it's running though you're car try turning all the bluetooth profiles off except for handsfree on the Blackberry.
I had the same problem with my car and a BB Bold. Worked great after only selecting handsfree.
