Curve or Tour
I am wanting to get a BB and I have read alot of reviews of the Tour having a bad trackball issue and reception issues and battery life issues. I have been through hell and back with my last two years of Verizon phones with a plethora of having to have them exchanged for new ones only to have the same problem.... So is the Curve badly outdated? is the Tour better/upgrade or is is a flop???? Thank you for the help

Test it out in the store. But the tour is better then the Curve. Faster data, better screen, better camera, etc.

The curve is about to replaced with the Curve 2 soon.
And the tour is one of the hottest berries on the planet.
Get the Tour, dont worry about the minor issues. Most of them are software, and rumors are that a software update will be released within a month.

I returned my Tour and went back to my Curve because the Tour had horrible reception compared to the Curve. I compared both side by side and went into options-status-signal. The Curve held a steady signal around -77 dBm whereas the Tour was all over the place from -89 dBm as low as -101 dBm.

My tour has been just like all my other berries in regards to reception.

Actually dropped 3 calls where with my Curve can't remember the last time I had a dropped call. Also, the Tour would go between 1XEV and 1X all of the time.
