New Phones?
Hello all...I just received a letter from Verizon stating that I am eligible for upgrade. So, I looked through the cell phone list on the Verizon website and nothing really caught my eye. Don't get me wrong...I know there are some good phones on there, but nothing that really appeals to me. I just wanted to know if anyone knew if Verizon is going to release any new phones sometime soon? Thanks in advance!

What do you use your phone for?
Talking obviously, but what about texting? Even the most basic phones have the ability to access your email and basic internet service, would that interest you? If you have an unlimited texting plan, data is also really cheap.

Just something that is new and refreshing....most of the phones on there are either flip phones which don't really appeal to me. Others are the typical Verizon envy-style screen in the front and flip open keyboard. A phone that has a good browser would also be beneficial. I got my Dare because it was the new thing at the time, but I got over that episode and am now looking for something new.

Have you seen the New Samsung rogue?
It has an HTML browser (with flash-lite support) so you can play youtube videos. It is a slide form factor, and it uses a hybrid Touch-Wiz interface, so the main screen is different from that of a normal Verizon phone.
If you're looking for the "Newest of the New" you would be looking at that phone, unless you are interested in a smartphone, and there will be some great models coming out in the next couple of months.

Yeah, I would look at the rouge. It usually best to go into a store and check it out. Also, the new Dare (Chocoloate Touch) will be out very soon. If you google it, you will see more pictures of it then in this link.
