Question on phone exchange
About 2 weeks ago the charging port on my LG Dare broke. I went in to a Verizon store to discuss my options, thinking that since my phone was insured I could simply swap it out for a new Dare. Well after the guys told me about the deductible and how the Dare replacement would be a refurbished phone, I decided my best bet would be to just look for a new phone altogether. Since I'm a Verizon VIP, I was eligible for an annual upgrade in about a week, which the guys at the store kindly went ahead and approved for me to upgrade early because of the situation with my phone. Stores cant give you online prices. Look at the HTC Ozone. Also, did you look at the spps you can download to the phone? It takes time to get use to a BlackBerry if you are new to it.

I can't speak for other stores, but I know here the price is still 289 with a 100 MiR. Our prices are typically in line with online, but every once and awhile, online will drop prices without lower the cost we have to pay for the phone, so we can't match it.
