Hello,

I need a new phone and I am finding verizons selection quite lame. Or maybe I dont know enough about all of them. ( so i am lame?)

I have been examining them for a few days and cant make up my mind. Please give suggestions based on these preferences. Thanks.

I like flip phones and dont like bar phones, but might go for a bar if the right one comes along..

I like\need long battery life.

I talk and do a small amount of texting, but would like to text more. I would like a qwerty keyboard if possible maybe.. but would prefer,No email, no internets, no data plan.

The LG enV3 is a very nice solid phone. The Barrage is too.

I've got a girl in my office who swears by her Samsung Smooth. Sounds like it would more than meet your needs.

I own the Barrage and love it.
It has excellent call quality, loud volume in the ear piece, a very customizable UI, looks professional ( not a kids toy) you can read txt from the outside display, use speaker phone with flip closed, the phone sits inside the holster facing inward protecting the screen, keypad has a nice tactical feel, Mill spec, itap, PTT calls sound great, superior RF, good battery life, feels great in the hand, flips open with command, these are just some of the features about it i like...a handful of us got them and we are all enjoying them. Any questions just ask.
