I signed a 2 year contract on Oct. 28. Love the phone I got but I have always had one year contract(don't ask me why I did the 2 yr). Having second thoughts about the length, is it too late to change to a one yr?

No it is not too late. You are still within your 30 day return period. Just go back to the store, or call customer service and advise them that you wanted a 1 year contract, instead of a 2 yr contract and they will charge the price difference of the phone of 70.00. Then they can move you to a 1 yr contract.

You do not have to return the phone. Just let the representative in the store that helped you know that you want to go to a 1 yr contract and they can either bill your account for the 70.00 price difference or pay them in the store. Also, make sure they give you a receipt of the price plan change or that they notate your account.

If you like switching phones once a year, then you may want to see if you'll be eligible for an Annual Upgrade or Early Upgrade. As long as your plan is $49.99 or higher (for the base cost of your line alone), then you'll end up being eligible for an upgrade a year from your original contract's start date, anyway.

Exactly. Most single lines and all family share primaries can upgrade every year anyway.
