I am a Verizon customer, but for the first time I find myself ashamed to be. This lawsuit against Sprint makes no sense to me. The campaign against AT&T I understand, but this action against Sprint is totally uncalled for. AT&T is kicking Verizon's ace (based on third quarter numbers) and the commercials Verizon is running are sensible. Sprint is just trying to stay on solid ground. They are not a threat. This lawsuit is an ambush that I hope backfires in Verizon's face. I hope the ruling handed down is that if Sprint cannot claim to be Most Dependable then Verizon cannot claim to be Most Reliable.

I know, this all came as a surprise to me. How long has Sprint been saying this? And they are just now challenging the ads?

I know Sprint would not just make that claim without having someone confirm it first so they should continue to run their adds. VZ should tout Consumer Reports or JD Power and Sprint should use its 3rd party testers. All of this is subjective information which depends on so many variables so I just do not understand why VZ would waist its time. I have had all four and with the exception of T Mobile, coverage was too close to call here in Southeast Texas. The one thing that I can say is that from my experience, Sprint's 3G broadband worked a lot better than ATT,...
