cingular= 4.6 complaints out of 100k customers
tmobile= 4.3 complaints
nextel= 2.3 complaints
sprint= 3.6 complaints
verizon= 1.4 complaints

I would post the whole thing, however, it is too long.

Any discussions please share.

By the way its from the 4th quarter of 2004.

Wow... that's a pretty huge gulf between the top and bottom in complaints.

But a Q (as I don't work in the industry)... how far does something have to be escalated to become an 'FCC complaint'? 😕

you should see the full year 2004 numbers they are even worse. those numbers were just from the 4th quarter.

well, i guess billing problems and coverage problems will be named as a FCC complaint. all conversations are recorded and there are surveys that are taken so people just write their stories i belive. i am not quite sure though.
