if your phone is broken and you give it to verizon do they give you a new phone or a replacement phone?

Did you physically damage it or is it a manufacturer defect? If you damaged it i.e. dropped it, got the phone wet then you will have to go through Asurion if you have the insurance on the account. If not then you might want to check if you are eligible for an upgrade if not you are looking at full retail price for a new phone

i have a lg vx7000. the volume keys on the side are not working and i went to the store and they said to come back later to get another one. i just wanted to know if they are gonna give me a new phone or if i was just gonna get a used 7000.

If you have had the 7000 for more than 15 days they are going to give you a factory rebuilt replacement.
