There totally two different devices. Go play with them and see which one you like more. If you need it to integrate with work get the BB Tour. You want speed get the Droid.

Actually to get that syncing with a Blackberry they'd have to have a BES. A blackberry wont even connect to Exchange without BES, while Android would.

Thank you! This was kinda what I was looking for. I need to connect to Microsoft Outlook, but I also would like to use it for personal use as well. Looks like the Droid would meet my needs best. Again, Thank you for the insight.
