The VIP program is ending in February. No one else will be added as a VIP.

And the sad thing is they're still the best of the major players in wireless. So despite this crap, where are we going to go and get a better experience? Probably nowhere.

Go to the Verizon Wireless website and enteryour work email address. They will email you and let you know if you're eligible for a discount.

Check your options because I bet there is another carrier that will work in your area with minimal dropped calls and great customer service.
