My wife purchased an LG ENV-3 in-store in December '09 and opted for the $10 data plan, although she was told it was not required for that phone. Now it seems it may be a requirement, unless I'm mistaken. So my question is, since she has not been making use of the data plan can she cancel it since it was optional when she purchased the phone?

Thanks.

If she's on the $9.99 for 25MB plan, and wants to take it off, do it. You can take it on and off as much as you like, as long as the phone do...
