Nexus One and HTC Incredible

I was reading on Phandroid.com that they HTC Incredible is coming out around the same time as the Nexus One to the Big Red. Can someone explain to me the difference between these 2 phones?

The Incredible is "rumored" to be essentially a Nexus One with half the RAM, and SenseUI. Basically, a Droid Eris with twice the CPU power, where as the Nexus One has twice the CPU and twice the RAM(RAM is essentially how many thoughts the phone can have at a time)

Okay....I am really confused, I thought there was a phone that was as powerful as the Droid byt without the keyboard?

The Droid and the Droid Eris are two different phones... The Motorola Droid is the keyboard one. The HTC Droid Eris is the 100% touchscreen android phone.

The HTC Incredible is rumored to be the successor to the Droid Eris. The Incredible is basically a Droid Eris with the Nexus Ones processor.

I know that I had the Eris when it first came out and returned it. I was under the impression that Verizon was getting an Android they claimed was the Motorola Droid without the keyboard. I could be wrong but if you had to say the best of the bunch on the horizon would you say The Nexus?
