Depending on the region. There are a lot of online trainings and tests to take, and one full day of classroom work. Most sales reps will have to eventually take this course. You will not see more sales because of but if you are the only one in your store it may be passed to you.

I'm interested in the position. Do I have to apply for it or am I supposed to be recommended? How do they score the qualifications?
