I have almost a full year before I can upgrade phones. Maybe Verizon will have it by then.

Verizon will never "get" the N1, google will just release a phone compatible with the network.

Oh. Well that sucks. I was hoping to get one at a subsidised rate with a new contract. I want one, but not bad enough to pay more than $200 or so.

Get either the Incredible (or whatever is out there as a SensUI phone in a year) or the next Droid, which will most likely be stock as well. I'm expecting at least a couple more "stock" android phones coming down the pipes

I like the functionality of the Droid, but I really don't like the looks. I don't want to offend anyone who has one and likes it, but I think it looks like a calculator from 1985. Plus I don't like slide-out physical keyboards. I'd rather have a virtual keyboard. Just makes a slimmer, more solid phone IMO. Who knows...a year from now maybe Verizon will have the next generation iPhone. That'll be worth a look too.
