Ok, so now that verizon has monthly prepaid plans, for just 5 dollars more, I was told I have to pay retail for a phone, which is fine.. But then I was told I couldn't use a env3 due to the new policy where they require a data plan I couldn't use it on a prepaid monthly plan.. Sooo my question is, would I be able to you an env2? I need to know.. So anyone who works with vzw, feel free to answer 🙂

Yes, EnV2 is fine. You just can't use any phone that is considered a 3G Multimedia phone today or that requires a Nationwide price plan. The EnV2 worked on the Americas Choice plan so will be fine on prepay.
