wfine81,
So, with this new package if you pay $15 a month for vcast, you get unlimited "in" text/pix/flix along with vcast and mobile web, correct? ...and do you get any messages to other carriers for that $15 or do you have to add to your package if you want to text to other carriers...thanks for your response...

No. If you have vcast that only gives you unlimited vcast access and mobile web access. You would then have to add on the appropriate txt/pix/vid pack. So if you wanted 500 txt/pix to other people other than vzw customers and unlimited in txt with vcast that would be an additional 30 a month.

Correct to above thread, however if you just want the free text/pix/flix to other verizon customers than the total package is only 20/month (15+5), Im sure this is another reason to give people to get their friends on Verizon, I know personally the IN calling has been very good for sales here, most carriers have freee mobile to mobile however they dont advertise it heavily, I have had many people come in and get excited because they are getting on the same network as their friends so they can be "in" I think this is a smart move for Verizon, it is profitable and also helps attract new customers, look how sucessful Sprint is with there data packages, they have the highest data take rate of any carrier in the bus. As time goes on more and more...

I talked to a customer into returning a sprint phone within his return policy cause I educated him about his sprint plan.

He was told that he could not get the voice plan without the data plan. And to call and cancel it after his trial. he asked the rep if there was a way to not have the vision and the rep told him no.

I advised him that the rep lied to him and that there is a way to do that cause when I worked at sprint the reps would pull that crap all the time and it made me sick. He got so mad he walked over and returned the phone to the kiosk and came over to activate with me.

They probably have a high take rate cause of things like that.

I agree, I personally do not like sprint at all, there is a saying "People with good credit don't have Sprint", I think that is the only reason to get Sprint in the first place, if you cant pass a credit check with Cing or Verizon
