Upgrade Question
I am due for an upgrade now and want the Incredible however being out of work has put my account into a 2-3 month hole of sorts, would there be any way shape or form that Verizon would allow me to upgrade or would they want my account up to date first?

You can't upgrade if you are past due. Honestly if you don't have the money to pay your bill how do you have money to buy a new phone?
