MIR

I recently received a letter saying my MIR had been declined because I didn't send the box top upc. I did, but they must not have received it. I called the cr and asked if there was anything I could do. The guy asked if I had made a copy. I said no, the rep that sold me the phone said copies aren't accepted. He then told me there was nothing they could do. Does anyone on here know anything I can do to possibly get my MIR in some way, shape or form? Thanks

Rebate centers don't take copies, but it seems like they can always make an exception if the original was lost. The copy should've been made for your records, just in case something like this happened.

You might try to make a photo copy of the serial number from the inside of the phone. Sometimes they'll accept that.

thanks i'll give it a try. i used to have us cellular and work for them and the rebate company we used always accepted them. in fact we gave a copy to the customer to send, so they wouldn't cut up the box. wish verizon could do something like that, but what do you do? thanks again for the input
