I think he might be referring to the ability to "sideload" apps, which is absent from the Aria but present on most others.

Oh,...I've had my Moto Droid fo almost 3 months and I haven't sideloaded any apps. Sideloading an app is when as friend puts an app on your memory card right?
I guess its a matter of principal though. How I feel is I pay for a device its *mine* not the carriers, they shouldn't be fkg with my smartphon that was bought with my money.

I just had a Moto Milestone running on ATT and it was SWEET! 😁
HSDPA all the way, I couldn't believe it even had different settings for Moto's CrystalTalk.
So I agree, GSM phones can be pretty sweet, ATT needs to quit crippling them.

My funds are tied up in trying to pay off my credit card so I can't afford a whopping $500 for the Motorola Milestone on ebay. Must be nice cause IMO Vzn's data network sucks compared to ATT. Problem is ATT has nothing to choose from when it comes to Android.

I was using the Sedio case but now have the full otterbox on it, looks really good. If you are thinking about buying another one I highly recommend the Otterbox. I could send you pictures of it on mine if you wanted to see it.

No I don't use Ebay just CL no fees. I use photobucket to insert my pictures into CL it makes them larger than the normal picture size they allow.. Yep love the Amazon for pricing.
