Try your local Walmart, most received at least 2 and most still have them in stock for $199 and no mail in rebate.

You may have to rope an employee to help you, but its worth the hassle.

And yet premium retailers like the ones around me were screwed. The entire network the store near me is part of received 13 phones (for over 200 stores)
