Its called a life cycle. you cant upgrade things forever. The phone doesnt have the memory to run the OS the way it should.
People are already reporting that the torch is laggy, the storm or storm 2 would be moving at a snails pace with OS6.
Most blackberry owners can upgrade annually, so I dont see where this is a major deal.

no because they storm 3 will be around the corner. But the real thing is blackberry is dying as a OS android is the number one selling OS this year. Again compare the storm 2 thats almost a year old to one that just came out lol.
