problems with vz?
Hey all, I work at Sprint and we are getting a flood of VZ customers who are saying they cant reach Verizon for nothin... everytime they call a VZ cust care number it directs them to Sprint... whats up with that?

impossible... vzw doesnt outsource their care for one. for two the vz customers were just trying to port their number over from sprint!

not true. likely their phones are picking up a sprint tower. when they dial 611 it routs them to sprint cs. they can also dial 800-922-0204 and get to vzw cs airtimet free.

FIRST VZ does OUTSOURCE their support... they outsource to a group called SITEL.. they're in the US but its outsource none the less... secondly the customers were calling the correct vz number but getting sprint.. it was odd... but its fixed now i guess...
