I have a legal right to sign up random phone numbers and wait until the customer notices they're being charged to cease billing.

That was from 2001, and since then my business has been deemed legitimate by the Supreme Court.

So, shoo fly, go unintentionally sign up for some $9.99 services and forget about it for a few years.
