New Verizon Customer
Hey guys I'm new to verizon. I signed up last saturday. i came from the palace of dropped calls and lost signal.. AT&T. I just wanna say the verizon ads are not hype. i get great coverage/service everywhere and 3G. also my calls dont drop, on a 2 hour call and didnt drop. i was really suprised.
With that said, I got the droid X, did i make a good choice? i wanted a big screen and HDMI.
oh yeah is there anyway to turn off that voice evertime you make or recieve a call?... when i get a call it say " verizon wireless" then the phone rings and vice versa. thanks.

Welcome to Verizon. MOST of us are here because of the great coverage. It damned sure isn't the low, low prices.

I'll have to check a blur phone, but that's a setting on the phone that can be changed. It should be either under call or ring options.
