This is all I know, and I'll admit this could be all wrong but..... As I understand it the FCC approved the 815 in Jan and VZ has gone through all phases of testing.

Verizon Wireless doesn't tell anyone what phase of testing anything is in. No release dates are told to anyone until just a few days before it is released to the public. How much worse would it be if this
had actually come from Verizon? THEN I would say people could be upset because VERIZON claimed it would be released and didn't follow thru. I don't care who claims when Verizon will release a phone, if it isn't Verizon, it has zero validity.
And that's the way it is.
