LTE Roaming
They do have the Pantech Aircard that is capable of roaming overseas. I do not think it is capable of picking up LTE on anything except 700 MHz.

Because no one else (yet) on earth is deploying LTE in the 750 MHz, 900 MHz or 1800 MHz bands that the current modems are responsive to.
